Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis

Join us April 28th at Homewood Central Park for the annual Birmingham Take Steps for Crohn’s & Colitis walk! Register your team today to help fund research for cures for IBD. You have the option to register as an individual or a team. We encourage you to form a team and invite your friends, family members, co-workers and everyone you know to join as fundraising participants. Kids can join too! Not only will it enhance your experience but it will further help you in your fundraising efforts and ultimately help advance the Foundation’s mission. Teams include companies, organizations, families, schools, and clubs and can range from as few as five walkers to hundreds!

Many patients feel they are alone in their struggle with IBD, not knowing how to explain their struggle with IBD to others. Take Steps EMPOWERS PATIENTS AND PROVIDES a safe and welcoming environment for patients and their families to CONNECT and INSPIRE one another. Walk Day is filled with music, food, kid’s activities, local entertainment and most importantly, the company of hundreds of people who truly understand the impact of IBD.
