Ages 13 and up. Take time out of the busy summer to pause and breath for a week dedicated to mindfulness. Beginning with moving meditation and working into stillness, we will try various styles — including visualization, candle meditations, and ending with yoga nidra. Learn breathing techniques, body awareness, and stress reduction to help you enjoy your summer and to carry with you into the school year.
