Support Group for Patients with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis

Birmingham, AL —The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation will continue to provide free monthly support groups for individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and their family members. Friends and caregivers are also invited to attend.

The support group meets on the first Thursday of the month at the Levite Jewish Community Center located at 3960 Montclair Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35213.

The one-hour meetings are held at 6:30 PM at the Levite Jewish Community Center. The meetings are free and no registration is required. The group is facilitated by an adult patient who has received formal training and has experience in effectively coping with their disease.
