This classical and contemporary dance perfomances packs a powerful punch as the grand finale of ASFA’s performance season.
This mixed repertoire program includes works by Robert Battle, artistic director of Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, Germaul Barnes, Duncan Cooper, former principal at Dance Theatre of Harlem, Susan Shields, director of dance at George Mason University, and excerpts from Coppelia staged by Wes Chapman, ASFA dance chairman and former American Ballet Theater principal.
