Bastille Day Fête and Garlic Feast

Come gather in celebration of La fête nationale, the day that 80,000 commoners of France stormed the Bastille in a symbolic effort to crush the oppression. despotism, and censorship of the day.

So let us celebrate our brethren, FOR THE PEOPLE, AGAINST “THE MAN”, with a prix fixe dinner, inspired by the most honorable peasant food of all–GARLIC! We will be projecting Les Blank’s charming documentary “Garlic Is As Good As Ten Mothers” while we raid Versailles, feast on the morsels of Louis and Marie, and then storm the bastille! A giant puppet mini-parade and a special after dinner surprise to follow dinner. Patrons should bring an umbrella for the parade and revolutionary peasant costumes are encouraged.

Happy Hour begins at 5:00 pm. Dinner service at 6:30 pm.
