Beginner sushi-Birmingham (High Wire)

We’ll teach you how to make perfect sushi rice every time, how to make all of the sauces you love at the sushi bar (from eel sauce to BangBang), how to safely handle, store and prepare raw fish according to health department regulations (as well as where to buy it and how to save a ton of money), + send you home with a cheat sheet filled with notes, tips & tricks from class as well as a chef curated Amazon shopping list.

This will be a fun night filled with beer and sushi, and kids are welcome, but kids (and adults) need to be able to sit through a two hour class. Also, just because dogs are allowed in the brewery doesn’t mean they’re welcome in a sushi class. (and yes, lol…those last two sentences are absolutely 100% necessary)
