Best Medicine Show

Best Medicine Show returns for its 12th year in a virtual, pre-recorded format, bringing viewers the live music, comedic digital short films and dance they’re used to from the show, but now in the comfort of their homes. This year, the show will be pre-recorded at the Lyric Theatre and aired via live video stream and at a Watch Party at Avondale Brewing Company.

The Best Medicine Show is an opportunity for University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine (UABSOM) students to poke fun at medical student life. In addition to being a creative outlet, the show allows medical students to give back to Birmingham. Proceeds from the event benefit Equal Access Birmingham, a student-run program that operates a free primary care clinic for underserved people in the Birmingham area.

The show begins streaming online and at Avondale Brewing Company.
