Call for Choreographers

Southern DanceWorks (SDW), Alabama’s oldest professional modern dance company, announces the launch of a new project, Tiny Danz. SDW seeks established choreographers and emerging choreographers (high school seniors and college students) to apply for the Tiny Danz project. SDW encourages choreographers to apply that demonstrate artistic and logistical vision, are innovative, and desire to boldly establish themselves in today’s dance scene. A total of eight established and four emerging choreographers will be chosen. All dance genres/styles are welcome to apply. There are no state residential restrictions.
