Christmas in Helena

Christmas time in Helena is something truly magical to take in. The first weekend of December events pack the streets getting everyone into the Christmas spirit. Friday night residents and visitors alike are treating to music and festivities leading up to the City Christmas Tree Lighting. During this time you can shop craft vendors at the Holiday Market.  On Saturday crowds line the streets of Old Town to usher in the annual Christmas Parade. All ages are treated to performances, floats, and much more closing out with Santa hitching a ride on the Fire Truck.

The 51st Annual Christmas Parade will be held in Helena’s historic downtown. The event begins at 1pm and this year’s theme is “Christmas Dreams.”
