In this group, I will explain this technique and offer an interactive session using the participants and real examples.

Emotional Freedom Technique works on the amygdala of the brain to lower cortisol. By tapping on specific points in the body while bringing up the negative emotions, you free the energy and bring yourself back into the present moment… calm, collected and at peace!

In this workshop, we will look at the”common” issues that get in our way and how to free up the areas you are stuck in.
