This Second Saturday at Sloss Walk and Talk features elderberry syrup making with Antonia Viteri.
The favorable tasting syrup of Elderberry has been used for ages for its antioxidant activity to boost the immune system and improve hearth health. It is considered particularly beneficial at the approach of cough, cold, and flu season. Elderberry grows wild and abundantly in our southern landscape, and at Grandmother’s Garden at Sloss Quarters where the Walk and Talk will take place.
