Family Fun Acro Yoga Workshop

Come experience the thrill of flying with Sarah and Andrew! The Acro Climbers are excited to bring the magic of Acro Yoga to Villager. The aim of this workshop is to introduce something new and exciting to both parents and children. Children will develop bodily awareness and tightness, while parents will learn the acrobatic technique of stacking bones to use good alignment to hold weight instead of using the force of muscles. All while having an incredibly fun, playful time.

No experience necessary, just a willingness to listen, communicate and be adventurous. For ages 6 – 12.
