Fitness at the park With Ursula Smith

In an effort to encourage everyone to spend more time outdoors, support everyday movement and build a healthy community, Vulcan Park & Museum is partnering with various entities to offer a range of fitness programs in an all new fitness series, ‘Fitness at the Park’. To kick off the series, Ursula Smith of Ursula Smith Dance Company will join us on Sunday, November 5 at 7:30a to experience the energy of Dance Bantaba. This dynamic workout incorporates elements of West African Dance. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and feel the rhythm!
