Fitness N Motion 5K Run/Walk & Health Fair

The Jefferson County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. presents the Health Task Force Initiative, which was launched to provide concentrated expertise and focus on the Physical and Mental Health aspect of our Five Point Programmatic Thrust. The mission of the Health Force is to educate and facilitate lifestyle changes for the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the communities that we serve. The Jefferson County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. along with the Faith Church, the American Diabetes Association, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation presents the “10h Annual Fitness N Motion 5K Run/Walk & Health Fair”. Come and join us for nutritional counseling, cholesterol screening, blood pressure screenings, wellness massages, give-a-ways, and a kid’s fun zone! The culminating event of the American Diabetes Association is sure to please kids and adults of all ages! Proceeds will be donated to American Diabetes Association.
