FOOD+Fire: The Great Southern Tailgate

A walk-around tasting event at Sloss Furnaces celebrating the barbecue community, live-fire cooking, and Southern tailgate culture. The event will feature top regional and national pitmasters and acclaimed chefs putting an open-fire spin on signature bites and tailgate classics. The cornerstone event of the Birmingham Food + Culture Fest, it will also feature a Southern Living/Hellmann’s Chef Demo Stage, The Coca Cola  Music Stage  featuring The Sensational Barnes Brothers, J & the Causeways and Automatic Slim, the Hop City Craft Beer & Wine Garden featuring a  large screen to watch live SEC football.
