FOOD+Fire: The Great Southern Tailgate

A walk-around tasting event at Sloss Furnaces celebrating the barbecue community, live-fire cooking, and Southern tailgate culture. The event will feature top regional and national pitmasters and acclaimed chefs putting an open-fire spin on signature bites and tailgate classics.

The cornerstone event of the Birmingham Food + Culture Fest, it will also feature a Southern Living demo stage, a music stage J and the Causeways and the Sensational Barnes Brothers, local and regional breweries, and giant screens to watch live football.
