FOOD+Flair: Changing the Menu, celebrates the iconic women in the food & beverage world that have played a role in our city, our region and our industry’s impressive growth toward positive change. As these women in the industry make waves to change the landscape of the industry, Southern cuisine has continued to evolve as well.

Now a melting pot of flavors, cultural backgrounds and ethnicities, the Southern culinary scene is exceptionally diverse and delicious. During this seated, multi-course lunch, we celebrate the talented women who play a role in this merge of flavors by rewriting what today’s Southern cuisine tastes and looks like, while shining a spotlight on diversity and the unique backgrounds of each.
