This Forest Bathing session is a three-hour immersion at Ruffner Mountain, located in Irondale, Alabama. Forest Therapy guide Anne Markham Bailey offers a series of invitations that allow participants to open and to connect to the stones, water, plants and trees, sky, and more-than-human inhabitants of this urban park. We will meet in person, with an awareness of Covid protocols. The session includes solitary exploration as well as group sharing. Limited to 10 participants.
