Free childbirth classes for parents and grandparents hosted by Birthwell Partners.
Join us for a free, in-person childbirth class taught by a Lamaze-certified instructor. You’ll learn about what happens in the last weeks of pregnancy, the stages of labor, how to share your preferences with medical staff, and some basic comfort techniques for coping with the sensations of birth.
