Leon Fleisher and Katherine Jacobson

Samford’s inaugural guest artist in Brock Hall, Leon Fleisher returns to the campus after 10 years. As a recipient of the Kennedy Center Honors in 2007, pianist Leon Fleisher was recognized as a “consummate musician whose career is a testament to the life-a rming power of art.” Fleisher will be joined by his wife, acclaimed pianist Katherine Jacobson. Their performances have been hailed in appearances from Carnegie Hall, to Naples, to Dublin, to Tokyo.
