Local Sounds returns in 2019 with a fresh face and a veteran of the series. Pell City drummer CJ O’Neal will join his friends on stage to present the biggest band the series has seen. Birmingham’s Ingrid Marie returns a year after her first concert at CEPA with her same electrifying instrumentation and beautiful vocals.
