Midday Music: Salute to Duke Ellington

The Cathedral Church of the Advent Midday Music Series presents a free 30-minute concert with the acclaimed jazz duo of Peter H. Bloom, flute, and John Funkhouser, piano, in Clingman Commons. The concert will celebrate the duo’s new CD, Exuberant Ellingtonia, with music by Duke Ellington and his circle, including Take the A Train, Don’t Get Around Much Anymore, Caravan, I’m Beginning to See the Light and In a Sentimental Mood.
