For nearly three decades, chefs from NOLA restaurants have taken a weekend residence in Alabama’s longest-running restaurant. Chef Thomas Finch, Executive Chef of Cellar Door in New Orleans, will be showcasing his culinary talents in the Bright Star kitchen for a second year.
