Join the City of Pelham as we kick-off the upcoming 2016 Concert Series with our Parrots & Fins Party celebrating Jimmy Buffett’s Workin’ n’ Playin’ Tour! Party starts at 4:00 pm at the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena on April 19th. This fun event will include Music by Blaze Entertainment, cash bar with beach themed drinks, light snacks, free admission and fun to get us ready for the upcoming Summer Season!
