Psychic Protection and Cutting Cords

Last fall, Jason Kirby of Elysium House Healing defined and described his method of house healing to a rapt audience. This spring, Jason will introduce two of the daily practices that he does as a House Healer – psychic protection to start the day and cutting cords to finish the day.

Psychic protection puts up an energetic shield between you and others while cutting cords will regain the energy you have sent out throughout the day.

In the last part of the class, he will lead an activity to give you the skills to begin your own daily energetic cleansing practices.
