Reiki and Meditation Circle
Lunch & Learn – Meditation with Reiki
Cultivate inner peace.
Meditation is a way to help slow the chatter of the mind. Many people feel that they can’t sit still long enough to slow down. Adding Reiki energy to the meditation will help the body easily and effectively balance the body, mind, and Spirit.
Sound bowls will also be used during the Meditation Circle to help to shift the brain patterns.
No experience is necessary.
