Getting chased by a scary clown is the stuff of nightmares. Now, imagine a character as intimidating as Pennywise, the Joker, Sweet Tooth, or any other horrifying harlequin or petrifying Pulcinella with scary speed behind the wheel of a go-kart chasing anyone who is brave enough or fast enough to elude him for 14 laps.
