A studio art class for students in grades 9-12 that focuses on clay and various techniques such as hand building, wheel throwing, and glazing.
The Clay Studio class offers high school artists the opportunity to experiment with the functionality of art while exploring the possibilities of clay as a material. Through individually conceived projects, students will learn and strengthen foundation skills including understanding of form, problem solving, time maintenance, and furthering their understanding of Art Theory, History, and contemporary practices. In addition, young artists will learn about art-related careers and opportunities.

Classes are $198 per student or $33 per class.
Through the generosity of foundations and private contributors, families may qualify for free or reduced tuition.
