Distinguished Professor and Artist-in-Residence Yakov Kasman, DMA, directs the UAB Piano Studio.
The UAB Department of Music will present the Piano Studio in concert.
The Department of Music, in the UAB College of Arts and Sciences, presents recitals and concerts each fall and spring semester — and many of the performances are free and open to the public.
Kasman was the 1997 Silver Medalist in the Tenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in Fort Worth, Texas.
